Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Oversee food safety protocols and maintain high standards of food handling and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
- Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff to develop their skills and uphold quality standards.
- Assist in menu planning.
Experience
- 2 Years of proven experience with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Must be reliable.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including shift management, food service management, and hospitality principles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teamwork and maintain high morale among staff.
- Prior experience working within the food industry with a focus on culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.
