Forklift & Reach Operator Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move materials throughout the facility
- Load/unload shipments and stage products for production
- Transport materials to designated warehouse and production areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Machine Operator (Core/Jacket) Responsibilities:
- Operate and adjust machines including ovens, injection molding, presses, and pneumatic tools
- Adjust speed, temperature, dimensions, and cutting tools for optimal performance
- Perform equipment changeovers including dies, programs, and blades/cutters
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift or reach truck experience (for operator roles)
- Previous machine operating experience (for machine operator roles)
