Maintenance Mechanic / Maintenance Technician
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday with overtime as needed
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic / Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of heavy industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently. The successful candidate must be dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and willing to work overtime when needed to support production.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other equipment-related issues.
- Diagnose equipment problems and determine the appropriate repair or adjustment.
- Perform equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical failures before they impact production.
- Replace, rebuild, align, adjust, and lubricate machinery and components as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring equipment, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance needs.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand how machinery and mechanical systems operate.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial production equipment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, belts, chains, gears, motors, pumps, and related components.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, maintenance instructions, and basic mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely use common hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
