As a Remote Contact Center CSR, you will be an essential part of the customer service department supporting the company's commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Remote Contact Center CSR
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $21.00hr
Shift: Availability from 8AM EST until 8PM EST (Monday to Friday)
What's the Job?
- Navigate across multiple systems efficiently to locate information quickly using keyword searches.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain high attendance and reliability to ensure smooth operations within a small contact center environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to minimize absenteeism and maximize productivity.
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
