As a Server/Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering elevated dining and social experiences for our members and their guests. This position blends professionalism with personality—serving expertly prepared food and beverages, crafting cocktails, and creating a welcoming, refined, yet lively club atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests from arrival through departure
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards and responsible service guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished bar and dining environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle transactions accurately, including cash, member charges, and credit card processing
- Promote club events, menu features, and daily specials while enhancing the overall dining experience
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations during high-volume periods and special events
- Uphold the service standards and culture of Boca Lago, ensuring every member feels valued and recognized
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, country club, or hospitality setting preferred (fine dining or banquet experience a plus)
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple tables or bar guests in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Experience with responsible alcohol service and cocktail preparation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a member-first mindset
- Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a private club environment
