Part-Time Cleaner
Short Term Solutions – Lansing, MI
Short Term Solutions owns and operates 40 short-term rental properties in the Lansing area, ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to large single-family homes.
We are hiring a part-time cleaner to perform turnovers. This flexible position is ideal for supplementing income.
Job Details:
- Clean short-term rental units throughout Lansing (various sizes)
- All cleaning supplies provided
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Pay: Flat fee per property, averaging approximately $25/hour
Requirements:
- No prior professional cleaning experience required; training provided. Experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic (non-negotiable)
- Positive attitude and ability to handle situations professionally
- Good communication skills — beyond cleaning, you will report any and all maintenance issues promptly so our team can address them quickly. This role includes clear and timely communication with management.
- We maintain a small, professional team with a strict no-drama policy
- Must have some weekend availability (primarily weekday shifts needed now, but all team members required to work at least one Saturday or Sunday periodically; Sundays are peak checkout days)
