What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven kitchen
- Proficiency at sauté, pantry, and grill stations
- Strong knife skills
- A clean, organized, fast-paced working style
- Commitment to operational standards and hospitality
- Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Food safety knowledge
