Build detailed cost estimates for projects from $1M to $30M
Partner with company leadership — especially the President — to review opportunities and feasibility
Keep our cost databases sharp and up-to-date
Network with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to strengthen partnerships
Represent Kirk Bros. at pre-bid meetings, cost reviews, and industry events
✔ 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
✔ Solid analytical, math, and blueprint-reading skills
✔ Comfortable with estimating software and Microsoft Office (Timberline experience is a bonus!)
✔ Organized, deadline-driven, and great communicator
✔ Self-starter with a team mindset
