Junior B2B Marketing & Community Outreach Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Paducah, KY (Travel to regional locations and community events required)
Schedule: Part-Time (15–25 hours per week; flexible around class schedules)
Position Summary
Lumera Healthcare is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Junior B2B Marketing & Community Outreach Associate to help expand our presence throughout Western Kentucky. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate interested in marketing, healthcare administration, business development, public relations, or communications.
Working alongside our leadership and marketing team, you'll represent Lumera Healthcare at community events, build relationships with local businesses and referral partners, coordinate outreach initiatives, and help promote our behavioral health services throughout the communities we serve.
This position offers valuable hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, relationship management, event planning, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Represent Lumera Healthcare at health fairs, community events, networking meetings, and local organizations.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and staffing community outreach events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, employers, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Deliver marketing materials and introduce Lumera Healthcare services to potential referral partners.
- Identify opportunities for new community partnerships and sponsorships.
- Help coordinate employer wellness initiatives and educational presentations.
- Assist with social media content by capturing photos, videos, and event highlights.
- Track outreach activities, contacts, and follow-up opportunities using CRM or internal systems.
- Support recruitment events, career fairs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable networking and speaking with professionals in the community.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Lumera Healthcare locations and community events.
