Texas Therapy Specialists is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at a wonderful small school campus in Coupland, Texas for approximately 3 days per week.
This is truly a special little campus. The staff is welcoming and easy to work with, the students are awesome, and the smaller school environment allows you to really get to know your kids and become part of the campus community.
And because Coupland may be a little bit of a drive depending on where you live, travel mileage is reimbursed.

What You'll Do
Depending on whether you are an SLP or SLPA, responsibilities may include:
- Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy
- Work with students on their individualized IEP goals
- Collect and document student progress
- Maintain therapy notes and school documentation
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff
- Communicate student progress and needs with the supervising SLP
- Participate in the friendly, collaborative campus environment
For SLPs, responsibilities may also include:
- Speech and language evaluations and reevaluations
- ARD/IEP meetings
- Developing goals and recommendations
- Progress monitoring and clinical decision-making
- SLPA supervision, when applicable

What We're Looking For
- Current Texas SLP or SLPA license
- School or pediatric experience preferred, but we're happy to support the right person
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers and school staff
- Positive, friendly, and flexible
- Most importantly, someone who really enjoys working with kids
