Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketer to support business development and drive agency growth. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners to increase patient referrals and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and community partners
Drive referral growth and meet departmental goals
Represent the agency at community events and industry meetings
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referral sources
Track and manage referrals, including documentation and data entry
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Stay current on home health, home care, and Medicaid updates
