The Opportunity
Streamline Urology is seeking a Florida-licensed physician to serve as a Collaborating Physician and Medical Director supporting autonomous Advanced Practice Providers delivering specialty urologic care throughout post-acute care. This role is intentionally designed to complement—not replace—your current practice.

What Your Month Looks Like

Participate in a structured one-hour virtual collaboration meeting with your assigned APPs.

Review questions submitted in advance and provide clinical insight.

Be available for appropriate physician consultation and collaboration in accordance with Florida law.

Participate in periodic quality and compliance review as needed.
We Handle the Administrative Work

Initial onboarding and credentialing coordination.

Facility credentialing and enrollment support.

Preparation of collaboration agreements.

License and credential tracking with renewal reminders.

Meeting scheduling, agendas, educational materials, and follow-up.

Clinical Manager support for APPs.

Compliance oversight, internal auditing, HR, billing, and operations.
Your Responsibilities

Serve as Collaborating Physician in accordance with Florida requirements.

Provide physician consultation and mentorship.

Support evidence-based, protocol-driven care.

Promote patient safety and quality improvement.

Partner with Streamline leadership to strengthen clinical excellence.
Requirements:
Qualifications
-
MD or DO with unrestricted Florida license
-
Board Certified
-
Active DEA (if applicable)
-
Urology preferred; Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Family Medicine or related specialties with interest in post-acute care encouraged

Compensation
Competitive monthly stipend. Compensation increases with expanded collaboration responsibilities, including additional APPs, facilities, and regional leadership opportunities.
