This role involves providing outstanding patient support, assisting with weight-management treatments, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support providers with weight-management treatments and patient care.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinic areas.
- Assist with daily administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Medical Assistant experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
