Trainer Responsibilities and Job Function
Compensation: $35 Per Class
We have part time coaching positions at our Lakewood Ranch Studio on SR-64 and our Parrish Studio in North River Ranch
State Road SR-64 Studio in Lakewood Ranch
- Availability would be for coaching our Thursday and Friday evening classes at 5:30pm and our Saturday morning classes at 7am, 8:15am and 9:30am.
North River Ranch Studio off Moccasin Wallow/Fort Hammer Rd
- Availability would be for coaching our Friday morning classes 5am, 6am, 7:30am & 8:30am
· Be available to sub for coaches for additional classes at both of our studios, F45 Training Lakewood Ranch North and F45 Training Parrish
Qualifications
Current CPR/AED certification(REQUIRED)
Current/Active CPT from one of the following: NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA(REQUIRED)
Minimum of (1) year of experience in personal training or group fitness preferred
Be inspiring, engaging and fun while you teach
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Excitement to learn, grow and take on feedback.
Job Function
· Guides members through F45 workouts by explaining proper techniques, demonstrating exercises, identifying different muscle groups, and providing progressions/regressions of exercises based upon member needs
· Ensures that workouts are conducted in a way that provides the most safe and stable environment for members to grow and progress
· Set up and break down of appropriate equipment based upon floor layouts
· Assists members by answering questions and providing health and wellness guidance while maintaining positive professionalism
Bring a unique, energetic coaching style to classes while staying true to the brand
· Be authentic, empowering and inspiring and command the space
· Ensure cleanliness of the studio at all times and proper storage of equipment
Sales/Connections
· Be present at least (20) minutes before classes to properly meet and introduce yourself to members, and to prepare for the workouts
· Build a connection with our space by getting people comfortable, showing them around and making sure they understand our processes, product, and culture.
· Contribute to studio growth through on-boarding new members
· Stay at least (20) minutes after classes to ensure you are connecting with members, documenting class experiences, and setting up for the next day.
· Attend team meetings and socials/events with the F45 team to promote brand awareness and integration into our communities
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 12.0 per week
