We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies across multiple practice areas
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and client correspondence with precision and clarity
- Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and assisting with trial preparation activities
- Participate in court depositions and assist attorneys during litigation proceedings to gather facts and build strong cases
- Manage case files efficiently using legal case management systems while maintaining meticulous records of all case activities
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather information, and clarify legal options
- Negotiate settlements and legal terms on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes in complex disputes
Skills
- Proven experience in estate planning, family law, employment law, personal injury law, or general litigation
- Strong knowledge of procedural law and statutory legal research methods
- Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive documents
- Skilled in negotiation tactics and advocacy techniques to represent clients effectively
- Familiarity with court depositions, trial procedures, and legal motion preparation
- Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive case analysis
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional client communication skills to foster trust and clarity throughout the legal process
- Experience in contract drafting, legal administrative tasks, and case management software is highly desirable
- Demonstrated understanding of diverse practice areas including securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, employment law cases, personal injury cases, statutory research techniques, procedural rules of court, and litigation strategies

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
