Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our vibrant healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, assist with patient intake and scheduling using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems using Clinic Dr.
- Additional duties will be assessing patients using a VSAT machine evaluating cardiac and nervous system function.
- Fitting and providing instructions on Knee braces and back braces.
- Maintain accurate medical records, review documentation for completeness, and clinical confidentiality policies.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations while managing clinic calendars efficiently.
- Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms, handling patient documentation review, and managing electronic health records (EHR systems).
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry and managing office supplies to ensure a well-organized clinic environment.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated clinic or medical office experience with familiarity in medical or chiropractic settings preferred.
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite including excel.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer service standards high, as well as administrative support tasks.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
