What You Will Do
- Daily Inspections: Tour assigned territories by vehicle and foot to audit jobsites and vacant land.
- Contractor Guidance: Provide clear, on-site directions to contractors regarding community regulations.
- Rule Enforcement: Monitor adherence to the Community Charter, Design Guidelines, and Builder Manual.
- Issue Escalation: Document ongoing violations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Community Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional appearance and promote a culture of excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in construction management, quality control, or public works.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
