Hearts To Hands Health Care Staffing is looking for an amazing Registered Nurse for a contract role at a phenomenal facility in Hot Springs, AR. You will assess patients, manage medications and treatments, and work alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff to support people through mobility, transfers, and daily rehab goals.
Day to day, you will track wounds and vitals, document care clearly, prep patients for discharge, and keep families informed on progress. You will lean on CNAs, techs, and fellow nurses to keep the unit steady, and you will be backed by a staffing team founded by a nurse who understands what this work actually takes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assesses each patient's condition at the start of shift and monitors for changes throughout the day

Administers medications and treatments on schedule and observes patient response

Supports patients working through rehab goals, assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily activities alongside therapy staff

Monitors wounds, vital signs, and recovery progress, and reports concerns to the care team promptly

Documents care accurately and clearly in the patient's chart

Communicates with patients and families about care plans, progress, and next steps

Coordinates with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to align nursing care with rehab plans

Prepares patients for discharge, including education on medications, home care, and follow up steps

Responds to changes in patient condition and contacts the provider when needed

Works closely with CNAs, techs, and fellow nurses to keep the unit running smoothly
WHO WILL LOVE THIS ROLE:

RNs with at least 1 year of experience in rehab, med-surg, or a related setting

You will need a current, valid RN license in Arkansas (or compact eligible) and current BLS certification.
