Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000 (based on experience and schedule)

What You'll Do

Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments using standardized diagnostic tools.
- Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD).
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, carefully monitoring effectiveness, side effects, and patient adherence.
- Deliver remote consultations utilizing Nao Medical’s modern virtual telehealth platforms while strictly prioritizing patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers and clinical leads to optimize interdisciplinary clinic efficiency in our Mineola clinic.
- Accurately document all psychiatric encounters and medical records inside the EMR system utilizing our built-in AI copilots.

MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted New York State Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Valid Federal DEA Registration and Medication Administration Training (MAT) Certificate
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control
- Preferred / A Plus: Suboxone Certification
- Ability to handle a digital patient load efficiently while maintaining extreme professionalism and emotional resilience in sensitive situations.
