Valet Driver/LeadPosition Overview
Stratton Amenities is seeking a Valet Driver/Lead for a luxury residential tower in Uptown Dallas.
This is primarily a hands-on valet driver position. The Valet Driver/Lead will park and retrieve vehicles, greet residents and guests, and provide a high level of hospitality and service. Secondary responsibilities include maintaining the valet schedule, coordinating call-off coverage, communicating with the valet team, and serving as a liaison between property management, the valet team, and Stratton Amenities leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
- Greet and acknowledge residents and guests promptly and professionally
- Provide attentive, personalized service consistent with a luxury residential environment
- Assist residents and guests with doors, luggage, packages, and other reasonable requests
- Maintain an organized and efficient vehicle staging and retrieval process
- Protect resident vehicles, keys, tickets, and personal property
- Follow all safety, vehicle-tracking, and key-control procedures
- Keep the valet stand and surrounding areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Respond professionally to resident and guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Secondary Lead Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the valet team schedule
- Communicate schedules, updates, and operational expectations to the team
- Coordinate coverage for call-offs and notify management when coverage cannot be secured
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for routine valet matters
- Act as a liaison between property management, the valet team, and Stratton Amenities leadership
- Communicate staffing, service, safety, and operational issues promptly
- Assist new valet drivers with site procedures and service expectations
- Help ensure the team follows appearance, attendance, safety, and hospitality standards
Requirements
- Previous valet experience required
- Luxury residential, hotel, or high-end hospitality experience preferred
- Formal supervisory or management experience is not required
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable handling limited lead responsibilities
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and work outdoors for extended periods
