Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. FaTaj Transition & Learning Center is a rapidly growing agency providing center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a positive and relaxed environment. Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist clients in daily activities while promoting independence and skill development.
- Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical records standards.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to support ongoing development.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide support in crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed.
Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience in behavioral therapy or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to maintain accurate medical records.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and patient care best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and families.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
