Due to our continued growth, FirstLight Home Care is hiring a full-time Scheduler!
The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating client and caregiver visits and managing the daily operational needs of the agency. This is primarily an office-based role, with backup caregiving support provided in clients’ homes on an as-needed basis. Qualified candidates should be comfortable using Google Workspace tools and communicating effectively by phone with clients and caregivers. This position also includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

Candidates for the Scheduler position will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Exhibit a compassionate attitude toward caring for the aging community.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Possess the ability to carry out directions, and to read and write effectively.
- Demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and the capacity to manage the demands of the role.
- Successfully complete a comprehensive background-check, including reviews of criminal and driving records, along with fingerprinting and substance testing where applicable.
- Be at least 18 years of age and be a legal resident or citizen of the United States.
Working Environment:
This role is primarily office-based, with field support for clients and referral partners as needed.
