We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and bilingual Personal Injury Field Investigator / Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with people, and is comfortable spending significant time in the field conducting investigations and assisting prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field investigations related to personal injury claims.
- Visit accident scenes to gather photographs, measurements, and other relevant evidence.
- Document property damage, bodily injuries, and other case-related information.
- Interview clients, witnesses, and other individuals involved in investigations.
- Perform client intake by obtaining detailed information regarding accidents and injuries.
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication throughout the intake process.
- Accurately document investigative findings and client information in the firm's case management system.
- Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure timely case development.
- Travel extensively throughout assigned areas as necessary.
- Provide outstanding customer service while demonstrating professionalism and empathy with clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Be available to respond to urgent investigations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Field Investigator or in a similar investigative role.
- Previous experience conducting accident scene investigations is strongly preferred.
- Construction or accident reconstruction experience is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Needles case management software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with the legal team.
- Ability to lift equipment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and travel frequently.
