Job Description:
The Silk Head Spa is a luxury day spa in Midland, TX, specializing in luxurious scalp therapy, facial services, holistic treatments, and personalized care. We provide a serene environment focused on total relaxation and self-care, from the scalp down.
We are currently seeking a licensed Esthetician and/or Cosmetologist who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel their absolute best. Whether you're experienced in scalp treatments or looking to expand your skill set, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
* Perform scalp treatments, scalp massage, neck and sholder massage.
* Perform facials services: microdermabrasion, sculpting massage, guasha, lymphatic facial massage, and other spa services (training provided)
* Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
* Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space
* Educate clients on aftercare and wellness routines
* Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in skincare and wellness
Requirements:
* Active Cosmetologist license in the state of Texas
* Passion for holistic beauty and wellness
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
* Willingness to learn and grow within the spa's specialized services
Preferred but Not Required:
* Experience in scalp massage, lymphatic drainage, or head spa treatments
* Client base (optional, not required)
