As a Bi-Lingual Spanish Visual Support Specialist you will provide real-time visual assistance to individuals who are blind or have low vision through live video calls. This role requires the ability to appear on camera and verbally describe visual information accurately and professionally to support callers with everyday tasks.

Job Description
- Respond to on-demand live video calls and provide clear, real-time descriptions of visual surroundings, objects, text, and situations.
- Verbally guide callers through tasks such as identifying items, reading printed or digital materials, navigating spaces, and interpreting visual details.
- Adjust communication style and level of detail based on the caller’s needs and feedback.
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Follow all platform policies, privacy standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Position Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and observation skill
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Ability to work shift schedule Sunday - Thursday; 4:30 pm - 12:00 am EST (35 hr week) or Tuesday - Saturday; 5:00 pm - 12:30 am EST (35 hr week) or Thursday - Sunday; 12:15 am - 8:45 am (Th), 12:00 am - 9:30 am (F), 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (Sa & Sun) (35 hr week) or Sunday - Tuesday & Friday; 12:00 am - 8:30 am (Sun - Tues), 12:15 am - 8:45 am (Fri) (32 hour week)
- Comfort appearing on camera and interacting with callers in real time.
- Ability to think quickly and provide concise, accurate visual descriptions.
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and empathy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a device with video capability.

- Prior experience in customer support, remote assistance, accessibility services, or call-based support roles.
- Familiarity with accessibility tools or services supporting individuals with disabilities.
