Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School is currently seeking a Math Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Experience teaching Geometry or advanced high school math is preferred.

Job Summary:
As a High School Teacher at Bishop, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing academic support, and creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, expertise in Geometry or other advanced high school math domains, and the ability to utilize learning technology effectively.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and other forms of evaluation.
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Participate in academic advising sessions to guide students in their educational journey.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related mathematics field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching high school students in a private school setting is advantageous but not required
- Willingness to learn and share the Catholic faith as a disciple witness. Candidates from all faith backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
