Job Title: 3-Year-Old Preschool Teacher

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay: $17–$19 per hour
About the Position
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic 3-Year-Old Preschool Teacher to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can learn, play, and grow.
Responsibilities
- Provide loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for children around 3 years old.
- Plan and lead engaging activities that support early learning and development.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Establish positive classroom routines and encourage appropriate behavior.
- Assist children with meals, snacks, toileting, handwashing, and daily transitions.
- Communicate professionally with parents and guardians about children's daily experiences and progress.
- Observe and document children's developmental milestones.
- Work cooperatively with other teachers and staff.
- Follow all center policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable childcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Early childhood education coursework or experience is a plus.
- Must meet applicable Florida childcare licensing requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Reliable, patient, positive, and compassionate.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to create a fun, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
