Qualifications of a Control Room Operator:
- 3+ years of experience required
- Ability to accurately read and interpret instruments, gauges, P&ID prints and manuals required

Responsibilities of a Control Room Operator:
- Operating the following; turbine generator set, steam boilers, fluid pumps, air compressors, conveyor belt systems, fans, electric motors, ash conveying system, chemical testing and injecting systems, mobile equipment and other equipment
- Monitors and manages systems and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations within a facility or organization
- Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed records
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and information flow
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
- Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations
