Junior PM for Desktop Support
This role is 100% remote within the USA.

This role if for someone with prior Project Management experience supporting desktop users (Hardware Replacement, Windows Upgrades, PC Refresh, WIN7 / WIN10, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Key skills: Windows 7/10, Office 2013/O365, mobile device management.
- Hardware would range from desktops/laptops/workstations/ thin clients.
- Knowledge of ticketing platforms is key and knowledge of ITIL fundamentals is a plus.
- Prior experience Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting WIN7/10 desktops & laptops
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Can manage small project teams
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Has 3-5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Work with and under the direction of the Project Manager to ensure adherence with program goals and SLA attainments
- Liaise with business financial leads and users to help in tracking Charge back to Project cost ctr
- Active contract tracking and management
- Presenting / Reporting results in various forums
- Liaise with vendors to generate POs / Initiate SOW reviews and signoffs
- Help generate agenda and schedule business meetings (X-line sponsor/Application governance board)
- Assist the team in change management activities (where applicable)
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
