What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential irrigation systems.
- Troubleshoot leaks, broken sprinkler heads, valves, drip systems, and controllers.
- Install new irrigation components and system upgrades.
- Program and troubleshoot smart irrigation controllers.
- Perform irrigation inspections and recommend solutions to customers.
- Ensure systems are operating efficiently to conserve water.
- Document completed work and materials used.
- Provide outstanding customer service while representing our company professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with irrigation systems is preferred but not required—we can train the right person.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Compensation
Our technicians are paid using a performance-based compensation system, not a traditional hourly wage. The more efficiently you work while providing excellent customer service, the more you can earn.
To help applicants compare opportunities, our entry-level irrigation technicians have averaged approximately $29 per hour over the past four months. Top-performing technicians earn significantly more.
