Mama’s Meatballs & Pizzeria in Pennsauken, NJ is looking for an experienced pizza maker who can confidently handle a busy pizza station and produce consistently great food.
This is an experienced position—not an entry-level training role. You should be comfortable stretching dough by hand, saucing and topping pizzas to recipe, operating a pizza oven, managing multiple orders, and maintaining quality during high-volume service.
Responsibilities include:
- Stretching and shaping dough
- Making pizzas quickly and consistently
- Operating and managing the pizza oven
- Preparing ingredients and restocking the station
- Following recipes and portion standards
- Keeping the pizza area clean and organized
- Assisting with other kitchen responsibilities when needed
Qualified applicants must be dependable, work well under pressure, communicate with the team, and be available for evenings and weekends.
Starting pay is $180 per day, with advancement opportunities for the right person.
