S&R Nursing Recruiting Services, LLC is currently seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide private duty home care services for a client located in New Haven, Connecticut.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and demonstrate the ability to work independently in a home care setting.
Position Requirements
- Current Connecticut CNA certification.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to the client's home.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Experience in home care or private duty services preferred.
- Must pass background check

Monday:
- 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday:
- 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- 3:00 PM – :800 PM
Wednesday:
- 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday:
- 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday:
- 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation as required.
- Promote client safety, comfort, and independence.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
