Electrical Engineer EIT/PE (Mission Critical Healthcare/Pharmaceutical) - 100% Remote
Seeking individuals with Strong Conceptual Design Experience in REVIT for Engineering Consulting Firms specializing in Life-Science Projects: Hospitals, Laboratories, Pharmaceutical, FDA Regulated Sterile Environments, cGMP, Clean-Rooms, etc. PE License Preferred, but Not Required.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program.

6-10 years of experience delivering Projects for Healthcare, Cleanrooms, Laboratories, FDA-Regulated Environments, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities, and cGMP Facilities.

Must have Conceptual Design experience for Engineering Consulting Firms

REVIT Software Required
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices relevant to mission critical and healthcare environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Duties:

Lead the design and development of electrical systems including power distribution, emergency and standby power (UPS, generators), lighting, fire alarm, and telecom systems for mission critical healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities.
- Conduct load calculations, short circuit analysis, arc flash studies, and develop protective device coordination using tools such as SKM or ETAP.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA 70E, and relevant healthcare regulations.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and construction managers, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.

Oversee the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.

Participate in client meetings, site surveys, and construction administration activities to ensure project requirements are met.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices within the electrical engineering team.
