We are a small privately owned dental office in Lenexa, KS. We currently have two part time hygienist and are looking to add someone full time. We are looking for an outgoing Dental Hygienist to join our team. The perfect candidate will provide quality care to our patients and have a great personality. We would really like to hire someone to work full time (4 days a week) but we are more interested in finding someone with the right personality.
Duties
- Perform prophies as well as SRP
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Take digital dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Administer local anesthetics
- Conduct preliminary dental exams
- Provide fluoride treatments and apply sealants
Qualifications
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and dental imaging
- Familiarity with eaglesoft software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical documentation and four-handed dentistry techniques
- Understanding of dental terminology, HIPAA regulations, and anatomy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
