Overview
Big D Floor Covering Supplies, a leading wholesale supplier to the flooring installation trade, is looking for someone to join the Human Resource (HR) team at our central Phoenix location (near 27th Ave and Thomas Rd). Our HR office supports approximately 250 employees across the Southwest. We’re specifically looking for someone that will focus on recruiting and employee onboarding; however, we have a small, highly collaborative team, so flexibility and willingness to assist in other areas is a must. The ideal candidate is consistent, energetic and willing to learn.

Job Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (Ex: GED)
- Must have legal right or authorization to work in the United States
- Must have experience in and be familiar with using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
- Must have good communication skills; both written and verbal

- Posting job ads or requesting employees from an agency, as needed
- Reviewing applications and resumes
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Making job offers
- Coordinating and assisting with employee onboarding
- Other general HR responsibilities as needed or requested
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
