AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Trainer/Site Support to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced Trainer to deliver high-quality system training and provide on-site support across HFS locations in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train end users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training to end users at various HFS locations.
- Customize training materials, user guides, and documentation based on business requirements.
- Provide on-site (site support) assistance during and after training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand system updates and translate them into training content.
- Conduct training needs analysis and adapt delivery methods accordingly.
- Support users with troubleshooting and resolving issues post-training.
- Ensure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and continuous improvement.
