Overview
The Honey Clean Co. is looking for reliable, detail-oriented part-time cleaners to help with home, apartment, move-in, move-out, and rental cleanings in the Waynesboro/Staunton area.
This is flexible, as-needed work based on customer bookings. It is a great opportunity for someone looking for extra income, flexible hours, and independent work.
Duties
- Clean residential homes, apartments, and rental units
- Complete basic and deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Clean sinks, counters, toilets, showers, floors, and common areas
- Follow a cleaning checklist for each job
- Communicate professionally and respectfully
- Arrive on time and complete jobs thoroughly
- Take before and after photos when requested for quality checks
- Report any issues, damages, or concerns right away
Requirements
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
- Comfortable cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be available for flexible, as-needed cleaning jobs in the Waynesboro area
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Schedule
Flexible, part-time, as-needed hours based on customer bookings.
Pay
$18–$25/hour depending on experience and job type. Some jobs may be paid per cleaning depending on the size and type of clean.
Typical cleaning jobs may range from $75–$200+ per job.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
