Active Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license required.
Proven track record of success in sales, with insurance industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written.
Passion for helping clients protect what matters most while delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficient in using CRM platforms and other sales-related technology tools.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Connect with prospective and current clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
Prepare and deliver personalized insurance proposals designed to meet each client's goals and risk profile.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services to strengthen client protection.
Maintain detailed client records and track follow-up activities through the CRM system to ensure timely communication and service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer support and trusted guidance.
Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory updates to provide informed recommendations and solutions
