We’re now looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator entry mid level to join our team, someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and delivering a seamless experience for both customers and colleagues.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into the world of Sales Operations—supporting our sales team and playing a key role in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly from opportunity to order and beyond. You’ll be at the heart of the action, working across teams, managing key administrative processes, and helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is mostly a remote role but you will be required to come to the office from time to time for training or any other meetings as specified by your line manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Managing and coordinating customer quotes, orders, and renewals
Registering opportunities and ensuring accurate data in Salesforce Validating pricing and working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy
Processing orders and ensuring all documentation (POs, pricing, discounts) is correct
Supporting license key management and customer communications
Following up on renewals and working collaboratively with the sales team Liaising with teams across finance, marketing, and technical delivery
Ensuring all systems and records are up to date and aligned
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Comfortable working with business systems and technology; CRM experience is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine interest in developing a career in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related commercial function.
Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in completing assigned responsibilities.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze, organize, and manage data effectively.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to and become proficient in new software applications and business systems.
Ability to work onsite in the Central Houston or South Houston area as needed, particularly during the onboarding and training period.
Willingness and ability to travel one to two times per year for training, team meetings, or company events.
