Open Shifts:
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-time)
- 2 PRN Roles
- Must have current PA Certification through ODP/Temple U for Medication Administration for the position
- All shifts have rotating weekends and Holidays

Note: Med Techs must have a valid PA Med Tech Certification. What You’ll Do as a PCA/Med Tech:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and medication management).
- Encourage and support resident participation in exercise and community activities.
- Help set up, serve, and assist residents during mealtimes, and assist with dining room clean-up.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any accidents, injuries, or health changes promptly.
- Complete required orientation, training, and documentation.
- Maintain all required certifications and compliance with state regulations.
- Support communication and care by documenting in daily logs and service books.
- Perform additional duties as requested by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Six (6) months of long-term care experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Med Techs must hold a valid PA Med Tech Certification.
- Must have current PA Certification through ODP/Temple U for Medication Administration for the position
