Position Summary:
The Warehouse & Installation Support Technician plays a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and field installation teams. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and staging materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring technicians have the equipment needed for successful project completion. In addition, this role assists Customer Service Technicians with the installation, mounting, and setup of security cameras, televisions, and other low voltage devices. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in both warehouse and customer-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and unload incoming deliveries; verify packing slips for accuracy.
· Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
· Prepare, stage, and distribute materials for installation projects.
· Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory tracking.
· Process and fulfill internal material requests and purchase orders.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
· Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations.
· Assist Customer Service Technicians with the installation, mounting, setup, and testing of security cameras, televisions, and other low voltage equipment.
· Load, transport, and tools, equipment, and materials for field installation projects.
· Ensure installation materials and equipment are complete and ready before departing for job sites.
· Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory control and material tracking.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and safely. (25 lbs is fairly low for warehouse work; if they routinely move TVs, ladders, and boxes, 50 lbs is more realistic.)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Must be at least 24 years of age with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in both warehouse and field environments.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Professional appearance and customer service skills when working at customer location
Preferred Qualities:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear communicator and quick learner
- Prior experience in a construction, low-voltage, or field-support setting is a plus
- Camera and security installations experience
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
