About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to ensure the peak performance and reliability of our heavy-duty production machinery. You will play a critical role in minimizing operational downtime by executing both proactive maintenance strategies and rapid-response repairs in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs on industrial assets including overhead cranes, conveyor systems, and automated fabrication machinery.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues within 480V systems, including VFDs, motor controls, and sensor arrays.

Maintain the integrity of mechanical and hydraulic systems to ensure consistent production output.

Implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and improve facility efficiency.

Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to perform precise installations and troubleshooting.

Coordinate maintenance workflows and provide technical guidance to junior staff to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a heavy manufacturing or automated production setting.

Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 480V systems and motor controls.

Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical and hydraulic repairs.

Capability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and safety documentation.

Hands-on experience with PLC programming and advanced control systems.

Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication techniques.

In-depth knowledge of pneumatic system operation and maintenance.

Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation to support facility operations.
