Bibbeo is a leader in the Smart safe installation and maintenance industry, and looking to add a new full time Repair Tech position. We are looking to fill 40-55 hours a week, with benefits.
Hours are typically 8-5, but we have some flexibility to work with your schedule if you are attending school, or need to drop off / pickup children, or other reasons.
A high school education is required, and a preference is given to those with higher education or other technical service experience such as computer or mechanical certifications.
A typical day would include:
- Disassembling units for refurbishment
- Reassembling units
- Testing, and diagnosing units.
- Touch up paint
- Package for shipment
- Keeping accurate inventory of parts used
Training will be provided on the job; we do not expect you to know how to refurbish these units, but do expect some mechanical inclination and familiarity with tools. Training will consist of working directly with peers and supervisors until you are comfortable enough to begin work on your own. Tools are provided.
We have had very positive experience with former mechanics, auto body techs, field technicians, assemblers, as well as computer repair technicians. If you have body shop experience, that is a plus as well; many units come dented or scratched.
All tools that you will need to get the job done are provided, including a tool cart.
Dress code for day to day is casual, but requires closed toed shoes and PPE as needed. Five Uniform shirts will be provided after you have reached your 90 days.
Travel is not required for this position, and all work is completed inside our warehouse. You may have the option to travel either locally or out of state if you desire, but it is not a requirement of this position, nor a normal part of the responsibilities.
Our warehouse team does frequent team building activities, such as game nights, game tournaments and company sponsored outings.
