Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Educate students in various subjects, with a focus on math and behavioral health concepts.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and curriculum updates.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Monitor student performance and adapt teaching methods as necessary to ensure all learners succeed.
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments, attendance, and behavioral observations.
Skills
