Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce
- Oversee food preparation processes ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures
- Manage daily restaurant operations including shift management, inventory control, and cash handling
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor food safety compliance and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations and promote a safe dining environment
- Control inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Implement training & development programs for staff to enhance skills in food service management, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices
Experience
- Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management with a focus on quality control
- Demonstrated supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment with strong leadership skills
- Experience in food safety standards, budgeting, food production
- Strong team management abilities including interviewing, training & development, shift management, and staff supervision
