Job Title: Sales Associate – Hemp Retail Store
Location: Thrive Hemp Collective - Fayetteville, NC 28301
Position Type: Part-Time

About Us: We are a new Hemp retail store focused on delivering premium products, wellness goods, and an elevated customer experience. We’re building a team that values education, professionalism, and great customer service in a culture-forward retail environment.
Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable individual to help customers navigate our product offerings while creating a welcoming and professional store atmosphere.
Starting Pay: $12/hour
Performance Review: After 90 days with opportunity to increase pay up to $15/hour based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on products and make recommendations based on their needs
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays
- Verify customer age and follow all compliance requirements
- Assist with restocking and inventory management
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends
- Educate customers on Hemp-derived products, effects, and responsible use
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY/NO SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Interest or knowledge in Hemp and wellness products is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be 21+ years old
