We are seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter to support ongoing projects in Bend and the surrounding Central Oregon area. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skill, reliability, and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship. This role requires the ability to work independently, follow project specifications, and maintain a professional presence on active jobsites.

Requirements
Position Responsibilities-
Perform framing, siding, trim, window/door installation, and general residential carpentry

Interpret construction drawings and project plans accurately

Execute work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship and attention to detail

Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Identify and resolve onsite issues to keep projects moving smoothly
Required Qualifications-
Proven experience in residential carpentry (journeyman-level preferred)

Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
