Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$100,000 with bonus potential

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and clients
- Lead training, coaching, and development of RBTs and ABA staff
- Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Conduct functional assessments/analyses and monitor progress
- Deliver model teaching and hands-on clinical support
- Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete notes within required timeframes
- Stay up-to-date with ABA research and continuing education (CEUs required every 2 years)
