Professional Laser Technician & Advanced Esthetician

Core Responsibilities
- Advanced Laser & Body Contouring: Perform high-precision aesthetic laser treatments—including laser hair removal, advanced microneedling with the Derma Pen, and innovative body sculpting procedures such as CoolSculpting and fat freezing (cryolipolysis).
- Skin Rejuvenation & Resurfacing: Administer medical-grade chemical peels, dermabrasion, and specialized skin tightening procedures with meticulous accuracy and care.
- Esthetic Services: Conduct comprehensive skincare services, including custom facials, specialized waxing (body and facial), tinting, makeup application, and threading to maximize client satisfaction.
- Salon Operations: Utilize management platforms like MINDBODY to seamlessly schedule appointments, manage client medical and service records, and process transactions efficiently.
- Client Education & Consultations: Educate clients on comprehensive treatment plans, pre- and post-care regimens, and targeted medical-grade product recommendations to foster long-term loyalty.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain uncompromising sanitation and sterilization protocols before, during, and after every treatment to ensure an impeccably safe environment for clients and staff.
- Clinical Support: Assist with and conduct consultations for specialized aesthetic procedures, including injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, within your scope of qualification.
- Industry Excellence: Stay current on evolving aesthetic trends, new technological developments, and regulatory safety protocols to continually elevate service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven clinical or salon experience with a distinct focus on advanced skincare, medical esthetics, and laser technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive practical knowledge of laser hair removal, CoolSculpting/fat freezing, microneedling (Derma Pen), chemical peels, skin tightening, and microdermabrasion.
- Software Competency: Familiarity with salon and clinic management software, specifically MINDBODY, for scheduling, inventory, and client tracking.
- Client Relations: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust, educate, and establish long-term rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Safety Standards: Comprehensive understanding of medical-grade sanitation procedures, laser safety protocols, and OSHA guidelines essential for clinical aesthetics.
- Operational Agility: Capable of thriving and multitasking in a fast-paced, high-end environment while maintaining unwavering attention to detail and client comfort.
