About the role
This is a hybrid operations and customer-facing role — part fulfillment coordinator, part customer experience champion, part digital order manager. You'll keep our physical and digital operations running in sync, ensure our customers feel genuinely cared for, and show up every day as a true team player who lifts everyone around them. No two days look exactly the same, and that's part of what makes it interesting. You’ll work closely alongside our Brand Operations Manager within our warehouse and fulfillment operations.
What you'll do
Fulfillment & shipping across DTC and B2B orders
Online order processing across multiple platforms
Collaborate daily with our fulfillment team & volunteers
Inventory counts, warehouse org & shift prep
Track packing data and fulfillment output
Customer email responses — questions, orders & complaints
Fulfillment & operations
- Pack and ship customer, wholesale, and 3PL orders alongside other team members
- Print labels and prep materials before each shift
- Monitor order queues to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
- Keep the space clean, efficient, and running smoothly
Customer service & digital ops
- Process DTC and B2B orders across online platforms
- Respond to customer emails with warmth and care — inquiries, order issues, and complaints
- Flag recurring order issues and help us get better
- Light administrative support as needed

What we're looking for
Must-haves
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented
- Warm communicator — in person and in writing
- Comfortable processing orders across online platforms (DTC & B2B)
- Proficient with Google Workspace, email, and label printing
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stay active on shift
- Positive, team-first attitude always
Nice to have
- Fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping experience
- Customer service or email support background
- Experience with ecommerce or order management platforms
- Retail or team leadership experience
- Experience working alongside neurodiverse individuals
